Basic red 46 is an alkaline dye that is soluble in water and has good hydrophilicity. It is commonly used as a dye in textiles, leather, paper, paint, candles, adhesives and other industries. Basic red 46 can be hydrogen bonded or ionic bonded with fiber materials, so that dye molecules and fiber molecules can be combined to produce color effects on different substrates.
