4. Glue preparation process
① To understand the various kinds of rubber used, can identify different grades of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, isoamyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, etc.
② All kinds of raw glue must be stored in the designated place, do not mix.
③ When mixing raw glue, distinguish the name, category and check the raw glue before weighing.
④ Before mixing raw glue, check whether there is any debris in the raw glue, if it is removed.
⑤ When batching, check whether the belt weight is zero. When loading, handle gently and do not impact the belt weight.
⑥ According to the production plan, it can correctly use the corresponding number of masterbatches for the production of the next section of rubber. This, it's very important that you don't use the wrong glue.
⑦ Strictly operate according to the production formula of rubber material and the operation instructions. When mixing natural rubber, different batches of natural rubber should be used according to the Mooney viscosity; When the master chain is mixed, the two guides must be glued at the same time, so that the rubber material is evenly matched and used in the same proportion.
⑧ Measure the small drug prepared in the mixing room before mixing.
⑨ Weighing tolerance: raw rubber (including standard rubber, synthetic rubber), master rubber tolerance±200g.
⑩ Use unqualified rubber materials in strict accordance with the regulations. Pick out abnormal raw rubber materials. Do not use rubber materials with debris and self-sulfur glue. Do not step on rubber materials with your feet.
5. Microcomputer control post:
① Check whether the equipment in the control room is normal before work.
② Operate according to the microcomputer operating procedures to control and monitor the entire rubber mixing system.
③ The control room is the center of the entire mixing system, all instructions should be issued by the control room, and special attention should be paid to the contact of various posts when issuing instructions.
④ The host operator has no right to change the raw material formula code, formula weight and mixing process conditions in the microcomputer. The formula and process parameters and modifications must be input and modified by a dedicated process technician. The host operator has the right to open the operation menu in the microcomputer, and has no right to open the menu related to equipment maintenance and formula setting.
⑤ Cooperate with the carbon black warehouse to send carbon black to avoid the phenomenon of sending wrong materials. Carefully record the quality of carbon black sent.
⑥ Monitor the weighing process of carbon black, powder and oil. If there is abnormal phenomenon, the host should be informed immediately to handle it according to the working instructions.
⑦After the end of the work, make a record (process, equipment and other conditions).
⑧ Manage the equipment in the machine room, keep the equipment and the ground clean.
