1. TBBS
TBBS(NS) is a primary amine general purpose main accelerator, fast vulcanization speed, better scorch safety, scorch safety is slightly better than CBS, slightly higher activity. TBBS can improve the vulcanizate modulus well, and the same modulus as CBS or NOBS can be obtained when the dosage is lower than 10%.
Characteristic effect
◇TBBS is a natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isopentane rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and recycled rubber after-effect promoter, better suitable for carbon black rubber material containing strong alkaline.
◇ In tire formulations using natural and synthetic rubber, TBBS and sulfur are usually used alone or in combination with a small amount of accelerator.
◇ Compared with CBS, TBBS has slightly better coking delay performance and slightly higher activity.
◇ In rubber industrial products, TBBS and high amounts of promoters (such as TMTD) can be used to obtain a faster vulcanization cycle and improve anti-aging properties.
◇It can also be used as the main accelerator in EPDM and NBR compound to obtain good scorch delay and fast vulcanization rate.
◇TBBS and CTP can be used to replace NOBS, which can avoid the problem of nitrosamines that people are concerned about and meet the needs of the same burning safety performance and faster vulcanization rate.
◇It is suitable for NR, SBR, BR and their mixtures, and can effectively replace DM/DPG systems in the formulation of tire or rubber industrial products by using only or with a small amount of speeding accelerator.
◇It is mainly used for manufacturing industrial rubber products such as tires and radial tires, rubber hose tape, rubber shoes and cables.
