Main application: this machine is mainly used for plasticating and mixing of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber and polymers.

Fabrication

 

The main components of the equipment: Bedplate, Frame,Mixing chamber assembly ,Main motor, Gear reducer, Rotor assembly , Compound pressing device ,Pneumatic system Cooling,Tilting device,heating pipeline system, Electrical control system ect.

4.1Bedplate: welded by superior U steel and high-quality steel plate.

Frame:welded by high-quality carbon constructional steel plate through vibration treatment.

4.2Mixing chamber: “W” shape jacket structure, consisting of chamber body and side plates/boards,it coating up to 0.10-0.12mm thick (hard chromium), hardness is HRC50-55.

4.3Main motor:installation dimension and power grade are in line with international standards.

4.4Gear reducer:made of 20CrMnTi low carbon gear steel, through carburizing and quenching treatment, as well as gear grinding process.

4.5Rotor assembly :rotor assembly is made up of rotor shaft and rotor wing blades, both through heat treatment, rotor wing blades and other working surfaces are through processing and polishing, hard chromium coating up to 0.10-0.12mm thick, hardness is HRC50-55.

4.6 Compound pressing device&&Tilting device

Upper ram: “M” shape jacket structure, welded by high-quality steel plate,Jacket cavity of the upper ram could pass through cooling water or heating steam to achieve specific mixing result.

Tilting device: mixing chamber tilting device is driven by motorized worm &gears. Common tilt angle≤130°

4.7Electrical control system:The system is a control and manipulation one for realizing the functionality of the complete unit. The complete unit can be controlled both manually and automatically with three-step time pre-settable.

The system allows the primary electric motor and the rotor to forward and stop; the mixing chamber to tilt, return and stop; automatic adjustment of the upper push plug pressure, interlock, wrong operation prevention, alarm , etc.
