7.Auxiliary machine process (including extrusion, open chain and cooling pendulum process)
① Do a good job of the actual glue discharge temperature measurement work, and make a good record. If abnormal temperature occurs, the operator must be notified immediately to adjust.
② The rubber compound is rammed and cut in strict accordance with the working instructions.
③The cutting operator samples the rubber material strictly according to the prescribed requirements: it is required to sample about half of the next piece, and the master chain rubber requires Mooney viscosity sample and specific gravity sample; The final rubber refining requires Mooney viscosity sample, vulcanization characteristic sample and hardness sample. The sampling size should meet the requirements, especially the vulcanization characteristic sample, which can not appear suddenly.
④ To adjust the screw extrusion speed and film extrusion speed, so that the two match.
⑤ When producing final rubber mixing, each open mixer should be well matched to avoid mixing phenomenon.
⑥ Always keep the rubber tray clean to avoid debris and small drugs pressed into hard pieces mixed with the rubber.
⑦When changing the compound formula, it is necessary to squeeze the raw material in the tank and extruder or clean the raw material on the mill before notifying the host to change the compound variety.
8 Maintain the concentration of the spacer and the tank level and temperature (below 60℃) to avoid too much or too little spacer on the film surface, resulting in waste or sticking.
⑨ The film must be dry, no water allowed; The temperature of the rubber sheet should not be higher than 40℃. (not higher than 45℃ in summer).
⑩ The film personnel should distinguish between the master rubber and the final rubber, use the corresponding rubber card, and carefully fill in the card.
