1.Glue baking process:
① Baking process conditions: hot air temperature of the baking room: 65±5℃ in winter, 55±5℃ in summer. Natural glue: November - April drying time 36-72 hours; From May to October, the glue drying time is 24-36 hours. Synthetic glue: November - April glue drying time 24-36 hours; No glue drying is required from May to October.
② Before all kinds of raw glue enter the drying room, the surface is required to be clean, no oil, no debris, no mold and water, and the glue block must not fall to the ground.
③ Raw glue entering the glue baking room is stored and placed neatly according to the specified area, while leaving gaps and channels to ensure the free and smooth hot air.
④ The glue block is required to be thoroughly baked inside and outside, without sandwich, aging and viscous flow.
⑤ Arrange drying glue reasonably according to the production plan of rubber material, and use it in the order of drying glue.
⑥ Record the temperature and time of baking glue and the records of entering and leaving the warehouse.
⑦ Keep the drying room clean and hygienic.

2. Carbon black, oil conveying position:
① Before unpacking carbon black, check the name and batch of carbon black. If the name of carbon is found to be wrong or damp, caked, and there is debris, it can not be transported, and contact the relevant personnel of the technical department to solve it in time.
② All kinds of carbon black must be classified and stored with clear marks.
③ The type of carbon black in the hopper of the upper auxiliary machine should be the same as the actual one.
④ Each carbon black fixed a day tank, in case of special circumstances, must replace the day tank, must be used to clean up the tank.
⑤ Do not use mixed carbon black and debris carbon black for normal production.
⑥ The operator of the carbon black decommissioning machine should keep in close contact with the operator of the central control room to prevent process accidents in the work.
⑦ The oil must pass the inspection before it can be used.
⑧ Oil processing temperature 110℃-130, insulation tank oil should be maintained at 50℃-70℃, the use of oil in a flow state, oil injection pressure 6 pa.
⑨ The carbon black scale and oil scale shall be checked once a week by the metering personnel, and make a record.
