Introduction

XKP560×1000 cracking mill is used to make the waste tires into rubber powder. There are two rolls of the cracking mill: smooth roll and grooved roll. The two rolls grind each other to make the rubber block to rubber powder. The magnetic separation can separate the wire-steel from the rubber powder. The roll of the equipment is made of high nickel, chrome and molybdenum alloy by centrifugal composite casting. The chilled depth is 25-30mm. So the hardness is high and abrasive resistance is good. Working life is much longer than other rolls.

Capability Feature

（1）The roll is produced by centrifugal compound casting technology, which has high hardness, good abrasion resistance and long working life.

（2）Surface of the roll is made of alloy material (Ni Cr Mo), thickness is 25-35mm, working life is long.

（3）The inner part of the roll is made of ductile iron, which has high tensile strength and bending strength. Broken roll never happens.

（4）The structure is double nut and one guide screw, which can accurately adjust the distance between the rolls.

（5）Low energy consumption and high output. The cracker can produce 20-25 meshes powder 15 tons/24 hours.
