The principle of Dumas method is t

hat under the condition of high temperature and oxygen enrichment, the nitrogen in the sample is transformed into N2 through oxidation-reduction reaction, and finally detected by thermal conductivity detector(TCD) to obtain the content of nitrogen and protein.
